General Policy

The following are terms on Standard Return Policies for www.ILYF.com.sg ("ILYF SINGAPORE", "We" or "Our”) applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the ILYF.com.sg website.

  • All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting ILYF Customer Support Service through any of the methods provided at support@ilyf.com.sg.
  • Any return for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds may also take up to 3 weeks for the intial purchase amount to be transferred back to the indicated bank or paypal accounts. Alternatively, ILYF also offers credit notes based on filed date of refund and is valid for one year. 
  • Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
    • Any product not purchased from ILYF.com.sg
    • Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number and/or brand tag
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
    • Any product from which the SKU code has been removed from its packaging
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage
    • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
       

Mail-In Rebate Policy
Any product offering a mail-in rebate is not returnable to ILYF.com.sg once the rebate has been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in for your rebate. Products missing UEN codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Only the product manufacturer can replace a defective item missing the UEN code.

Combo, Bundle and Kit Specials
Combo, Bundle, and Kit Specials include two or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. 

Items sold as part of a Combo, Bundle or Kit may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable ILYF.com.sg Return Policy Period for that individual item. 

If an individual Combo, Bundle or Kit item is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your combo/bundle/kit discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund; you will need to return all items in the combo/bundle/kit in order to receive a refund.
For example: if your combo/bundle/kit discount was $5, and you return one of the items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your RMA refund amount.

Manufacturer Promotional Items and ILYF Gifts
Manufacturers may offer free promotional items with their products. For example, a bouquet of roses may come with a free card or a Night Lamp may come with a free USB adapter. To receive a full refund on a purchase that offers promotional items all items must be returned. The cost of any promotional items not returned will be deducted from the refund total.

ILYF may also offer gifts to valued customers for their continued support as well as for special giveaways. These gifts are not part of any purchase value and therefore do not have to be returned.



Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If ILYF.com.sg no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email of two options: 1) ILYF can send you a comparable replacement item, or 2) ILYF can issue you a refund at the current market value of the product. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.

Quantity Purchases
While ILYF is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies. Please contact Customer Service/Support with any questions you may have.

Delivery Methods

All orders made during our Pre-Opening Specials will be entitled to FREE standard post for smaller items and FREE dedicated doorstep delivery for bouquets and rose soap boxes. Delivery of parcels for orders will only commence from 10th July 2014 onwards upon ILYF official store opening. 

All orders will be notified with ready postage details between 10th - 15th July and may take 2 to 3 business days after that. Please also allow 24-48 hours of processing time for us to send out your packages after receiving your postage confirmation. 

For urgent deliveries, ILYF will partake sole responsibility in delivering the customer's orders by 2pm the next day upon order confirmation, including Saturdays, Sundays or gazetted Public Holidays.

Please allow 8 hours proccessing time for your order to be confirmed by us. Orders below $50 are subjected to a postage charge of additional S$15 (for small items), or an additional S$22 for bulkier parcels.

For flower and teddy bear bouquets, all orders are subjected to be delivered via dedicated doorstep delivery. This is to ensure item is delivered in good condition in prevention of the possibility of man-made defects during the process of delivery. 


Please allow 24-48 hours of processing time for all orders. Notifications will be sent once orders are successfully dispatched. 

ILYF does not process orders during Sundays and Public Holidays, unless for orders requesting for Urgent Delivery. 

Urgent Delivery is available 24 hours everyday, from Mondays to Sundays, including Public Holidays.

ILYF does not guarantee same day delivery unless otherwise specified.

All orders on our side will be dispatched within 3 working days upon confirmation. For questions and enquiries regarding your orders and delivery, please write us at: admin@ilyf.com.sg

Dedicated doorstep delivery option is available at an additional surcharge of $6. This option will ensure that item is delivered in good quality condition as man-made defects may be caused during the process of delivery for normal postage.

All other postage charges will be waived should you be purchasing other smaller items on top of this purchase. This is because we will work to combine subsequent purchases together with the bouquet delivery itself. Unless if orders are unable to be packed for into a single parcel, you will be notified of by our packing personnel during order processing time.

Free delivery is available for all bouquet purchases exceeding S$80, and is applicable for one single addressee in mainland Singapore only. 

Minimum purchase of S$80.00 applies for Jurong Industrial Area/Tuas, Ocean Drive (Sentosa), Marina Bay Sands/Seletar Area. 

Delivery may take up to 2 - 3 business days upon order confirmation. Please also allow 24-48 hours of processing time for us to process and send out your packages after your order is confirmed. 

 

Price Matching

ILYF does not price match competitors for every product but may provide the match and/or exclusive prices for our registered members and VIPs. For your convenience, all of our most current pricing is listed on our website and updated in real-time. Prices are non-negotiable.


Website use

You agree to use ILYF (www.ILYF.com.sg) website (the "Website") only for purposes that are permitted by this Policy & Agreement and any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. You agree that you will not access or attempt to access the Website other than through the interface that is provided by ILYF.com.sg, unless you have specifically been permitted to do so in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of ILYF.com.sg. You specifically agree not to access or attempt to access the Website, or any portion thereof, through any automated means, including but not limited to the use of scripts or web crawlers. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that disrupts or otherwise interferes with the Website (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Website). You agree that you will not duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, trade or resell the Website for any purposes. You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under this Policy & Agreement and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which ILYF.com.sg may suffer) in any case of such breach.


Cross-Ship

ILYF does not cross-ship any of our merchandise under any circumstances. All other items may be cross-shipped if the following criteria(s) are met:

  1. The customer first agrees to purchase the replacement item.
  2. The same make/model item is in stock. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Return shipping is a service paid to a shipping courier so they will transport your authorized return to ILYF.com.sg.
  3. Under no circumstance will ILYF cross-ship merchandise beyond 30 days from the original invoice date.


Gifts

ILYF offers complimentary customer appreciation gifts with the purchase of selected merchandise. While ILYF will send you a notification email upon automatic qualification for our customer appreciation gift, you may choose your preferred gift on the products listed to be qualified merchandise via the link button and then click the item's Add to Cart button. Both the product and the gift item will be added to your cart, and the advertised discount will be applied on the Order Confirmation screen. And in case you forget to add a gift to your cart, an intermediary page will be promoted to provide you with a second chance. Gift offers valid only while stocks last.


Combo Specials

Combo Specials are offered by ILYF as a way of purchasing two items together at a discounted price. To take advantage of a listed Combo Special, select the desired Combo Special from the individual item listing and click Add to Cart. Both items will be added to your shopping cart, and the advertised discount will be applied on the Order Confirmation screen. And, in case you forget to add a Combo Special to your cart, an intermediary page will be promoted to provide you with a second chance. Only one of each Combo Special can be purchased per order. Offers valid only while supplies of both items last. If you attempt to purchase multiple units of a Combo Special, be advised that items with a mail-in rebate will yield only one redeemable rebate offer (per the manufacturer's "limit one per household" provision). ILYF does not guarantee the compatibility of combo items. Please contact us directly before your purchase if you have issues or concerns regarding compatibility. 

* Please note that an item advertised as "free" in a combo special may still incur a shipping charge.


Promo Codes

ILYF will sometimes furnish an alphanumeric code that can be used for promotions on our Web site. These promotional codes may be found in print and/or online advertisements, sent via email to our Newsletter and/or Promotion subscribers, presented on the ILYF Web site or circulated at events and through other means. Some of the specials offered by entering a Promo Code during checkout include free shipping, volume discounts, free gifts or complimentary standard postage processing. The provisions for a Promo Code will be included with the code itself; if an expiration date or other condition is stipulated, just reference where you acquired the code for the exact requirements. Please note that Promo Codes are not redeemable for cash and you must spend more than the discount price in order for a promotion to be applied. For example, if a Promo Code offered S$10.00 off your next purchase, you would need to spend more than S$10.00 to redeem your discount.


Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders purchased and delivered in Singapore where purchase/service tax is liable under applicable laws. Therefore all orders is inclusive of an applicable 7% GST according to the total amount of the issued invoice, including delivery and handling. The tax imposed by these states on delivery and handling is part of the government service tax, not a separate tax.


Product Testing

ILYF, like other e-retailers, delivers items in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor. ILYF does not conduct product testing before delivering any merchandise.


Money Back Guarantee/Refund Policy

All merchandise (unless otherwise indicated) may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. Soap Roses must be returned within 7 days from the invoice or delivery date or collection date (whichever is upon collection or receipt) with a proof of a certificate of posting for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns. A 15% restocking fee may apply. These terms apply to all refunds. Most products are shipped with a refund/replacement guarantee period unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Customers must inform ILYF of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
 

ILYF HAPPINESS GUARANTEE - ILYF offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases, except:

  • 7-day replacement or refund guarantee on all soap roses. All other open box merchandise has a 15-day warranty period.
  • For Soap Roses, due to the uncertainty of weather conditions and individual handling which will affect the surface and aesthetics of the product, a 15% restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment.
  • Promotional, discounted or sale items may not be exchanged or returned for a refund after purchase.
  • Rose bouquets are non-refundable but may be exchanged in the event of physical damage, poor aesthetics and presentation by submitting a refund ticket to support@ilyf.com.sg.


Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Postal charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 30 days.


Technical Support

ILYF does not offer any sort of technical assistance. We do not offer advice on compatibility of items, make product recommendations, provide technical support or sales advice. We post all of the information the manufacturer provides us with for your convenience. Please contact the manufacturer directly for accurate answers to your technical questions or for additional information or specifications that are not posted on ILYF.com.sg.


Processing Time

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. ILYF does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.


Order status

ILYF will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your account associated with ILYF.com.sg once your order has been mailed out. Unless otherwise for self-collection, two email notifications will be sent out - 1) upon successful payment and 2) three days before collection date. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our Web site.


Security

Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once we receive your information through the internet, only trusted, authorized employees will process the payment to make sure your information is handled with the utmost level of security.


Privacy

ILYF respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone except as outlined in our privacy policy. All of the information obtained from our website will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mails you will receive from ILYF are updates to any recent orders and/or returns.


Change Orders

You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been charged to your account. Please call (+65) 9698 7418 during business hours to request a change for your order or simply email us at orders@ilyf.com.sg, either way indicating your purchase order (PO) or customer number. Due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day, we strongly advice for you to drop us a call if you fail to receive a response 4 hours after writing to us. This will make sure we receive your message in time to make an adjustment.


Cancel Orders

You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed, sent and/or delivered. Simply call (+65) 9698 7418 during business hours to request for an order cancellation or email us at orders@ilyf.com.sg. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 7-12 business days. We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.


Resellers

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a reseller or discount program available at this time. ILYF currently already negotiates the best possible price for you, and offers these great discounts to all of our customers through our Web site. Anytime we receive any specials or promotions, we will immediately post them on our website for you to take advantage.


Volume Discounts

ILYF does not have a reseller or discount program available at this time. We work hard to negotiate the best values on the Internet and offer these tremendous values to all of our customers via our website. All of our inventory shown online is live, posted in real-time and accessible 7/24/365. We also do our best to advertise any specials, promotions or rebates for our customers' benefit.


Product Listings

ILYF strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our website. Due to human error and other determinates we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, ILYF shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. Additionally, all hyperlinks to other Web sites from ILYF are provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinion. ILYF does not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other websites.


Product Revisions

ILYF is not responsible for changes or variations in product specifications and/or physical appearance. In the interest of our customers, ILYF puts forth its best efforts to ensure that all product information is up-to-date and factual. Unfortunately there are varying determinates which, although infrequent, could cause the information on our website to become outdated without our immediate knowledge. This includes but is not limited to new versions or revisions, color deviations, retail package alterations and other variations that may be considered inconsequential by the manufacturer. ILYF relies on the manufacturer to communicate these differences. Presently we have no way of alerting customers prior to purchase in the event the manufacturer fails to do so. Consequently, ILYF will not be held responsible for product revision changes.


PURCHASE AGREEMENT

By accepting delivery of any product ordered from ILYF ("ILYF.com.sg"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and ILYF agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and ILYF. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from ILYF.com.sg.
